What is a Nonprofit Organization fund?

More than 130 nonprofits, civic clubs, places of worship and other charitable organizations have chosen to secure all or part of their assets with The Community Foundation. Nonprofit Organization Fund assets under management account for about 25 percent of CFWNC's total funds. An initial gift of $25,000 can establish a nonprofit fund that provides annual support and allows the principal to grow in perpetuity.

Nonprofit organizations that partner with CFWNC gain access to institutional-caliber strategies in a cost-effective manner. Contact our development staff to learn more.

About

"We opened a fund at CFWNC because our board liked that it is rooted in WNC, can provide investment management to help us grow our funds, and has so many deep relationships with other nonprofits.  Photo courtesy of the Center for Native Health
