CFWNC may use external providers for event ticketing and email communication. You may opt-out at any time by notifying CFWNC through a number of identifiable and convenient channels linked to our e-communication channels.
We do not sell or rent personal information of donors or other constituents to any outside organization. We do not send mailings on behalf of any other organization. When requested, we protect donors’ anonymity; should you wish to remain anonymous please communicate that preference to us. We use your information only for the limited purposes of sending updates and information, processing transactions, enhancing site operation, compiling statistics, and for overall systems administration. There may be times when it is necessary for CFWNC’s business operations to share your information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business or services, for example database management. Should we need to share your information for these purposes an agreement to keep your information confidential will be established before it is shared. We may share your information if required by law or a court order.
