Field of Interest Funds

A field of interest fund supports a broadly defined area such as the arts, the environment, health or a more narrow interest such as dental care for children of low-income families. Donors identify the area of interest in which they would like to make an impact. They can then participate in the grantmaking process or utilize The Community Foundation's experience to identify worthy grantees, knowing that their gift will fund important needs in their area of concern. A field of interest fund may be established with an initial gift of $10,000 or more.
